The Hotel
On Shura Island within The Red Sea destination development on Saudi Arabia's west coast, the property will bring 149 rooms and suites, three restaurants, an Asaya wellness facility, and access to a marina with yacht club and an 18-hole championship golf course, targeted to open in 2026 as part of the destination's Phase One rollout.
