Rosewood Schloss Fuschl opened in summer 2024 inside a genuine Austrian castle on the shores of Lake Fuschl, and 2025 brought new leadership to guide the property through its early years. Andreas Pade was appointed Managing Director, tasked specifically with shaping the hotel's next chapter as it moves past its opening period into a more established identity.

Culinary direction remains with Chef Julian Schwamberger, who oversees six distinct dining venues across the property, a lineup built around blending traditional Austrian dishes like Leberkäse and schnitzel with more contemporary interpretations.
