Rosewood São Paulo Hosts the 2025 Michelin Guide Ceremony On-Site

Rosewood São Paulo, set inside the historic Cidade Matarazzo complex since opening in 2022, hosted the Michelin Guide Rio de Janeiro & São Paulo 2025 unveiling ceremony directly on its own property in May 2025, a genuinely significant vote of confidence from the guide. Three of the hotel's restaurants earned recommendations in the resulting guide: Blaise and Taraz returning, with Le Jardin making its debut appearance.

Executive Chef Rachel Codreanschi leads the hotel's overall culinary program, with Pastry Chef Saiko Izawa and Wine Director Julia Rezende Derado rounding out a team capable of supporting three separately recognized restaurants under one roof. The hotel also ranked 24th in The World's 50 Best Hotels 2025, extending its recognition beyond dining alone.

Hosting the Michelin ceremony itself, rather than simply receiving a mention within it, put Rosewood São Paulo at the literal center of Brazil's fine-dining conversation for the evening. For a hotel not yet five years old, that level of industry standing reflects how quickly it established itself within São Paulo's dining scene.
