Rosewood confirmed its first Dubai hotel and residences in 2025, choosing a waterfront site on Peninsula Dubai that will position the brand alongside Aman as one of two anchor hotels for an entirely new destination within the city. The 195-room ultra-luxury hotel will be joined by private garden villas, giving the property a residential dimension beyond standard hotel accommodations.
