Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek turned 100 in 2025, a century since the building was constructed in 1925 as cotton baron Sheppard King's private residence, and the Michelin Guide marked the milestone with One Michelin Key for the property. The timing gave the hotel's centennial a genuinely significant piece of external validation beyond its own celebratory programming.

The Mansion Restaurant brought on Chef Charles Olalia, whose Filipino heritage now informs the restaurant's menu, alongside a late-2025 refresh of the dining room itself, salmon-toned accents, new lighting, and updated drapery. A new wine cellar social series has also become part of the restaurant's regular programming. The hotel is separately partway through a broader twenty million dollar property-wide renovation.

Few hotels reach their hundredth year with this much simultaneous momentum, a Michelin Key, a new chef reshaping the signature restaurant, and a significant capital renovation all converging in the same anniversary year.
