The Hotel
On the Kowloon waterfront at Victoria Dockside, the Hong Kong property is one of Asia's most ambitious hotel buildings — a 65-storey tower with some of the largest windows in any hotel in the city, framing the harbour panorama like a painting that changes by the hour. The dining program, anchored by two Michelin-starred restaurants, is among the best of any hotel in Asia.
