Pampered Pursuit provides travel advisory and trip-curation services. We help plan, recommend, and arrange travel through third-party suppliers (hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, and similar providers). We are a California-registered Seller of Travel (Registration No. SOT 2151995-50); this registration does not constitute approval by the State of California.

We do not own, operate, or control the hotels, resorts, cruise lines, or other suppliers we recommend or book. Your actual travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions, and cancellation policies, of those suppliers.

Editorial Content

Content on the Site, including property descriptions, reviews, and journal posts, is provided for informational and editorial purposes. We work to keep this content accurate and up to date, but details such as pricing, amenities, and availability can change and should be confirmed directly with the relevant supplier before booking.

Booking & Payment

Any booking arranged through Pampered Pursuit is subject to separate confirmation, pricing, and payment terms communicated to you directly at the time of booking, and to the terms of the applicable travel supplier. We do not guarantee availability or pricing shown on the Site.

No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all information is current or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pampered Pursuit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any travel arrangements made through us, including acts or omissions of third-party travel suppliers.

Intellectual Property

Content on the Site, including text, graphics, and images owned by Pampered Pursuit, may not be reproduced or used without permission. Property and brand names referenced belong to their respective owners.
