Rosewood Shenzhen is under development on Shennan Boulevard, the central spine running through one of China's most consequential technology hubs, at the intersection of the Nanshan, Futian, and Baoan districts. Foster + Partners designed the project, which will bring 300 rooms alongside 50 Rosewood Residences to the Pearl River Delta's most dynamic address.

The property's outdoor and indoor pools are positioned to overlook the Noble Merchant Golf Club, giving guests green space that's genuinely rare in a city built around dense, fast-moving development. Developer China Resources Land Limited has held the project's 2026 target since it was first announced in 2018, a timeline that has held steady even as some of Rosewood's other China projects have slipped.
