Rosewood Sand Hill unveiled a full renovation of its Residential Villas in May 2025, giving Menlo Park's most established luxury hotel a genuinely upgraded offering for guests seeking extended, high-privacy stays. Five self-contained villas, Ridge House, Redwood House, Verde House, Orchard House, and Valley House, came out of the renovation redesigned by NICOLEHOLLIS, the same firm that refreshed the hotel's lobby and guestrooms.

The property's top-tier accommodation, previously the Presidential Villa, was reimagined and renamed Summit House, a three-bedroom residence with views over the Santa Cruz Mountains.
