Rosewood Ningbo Plans 185 Rooms Across a Landmark Tower Near Tianyi Square

Rosewood Ningbo is planned for levels 43 through 56 of a landmark mixed-use tower near Tianyi Square, in one of eastern China's oldest and most historically significant cities. The project will bring 185 rooms and 15 oversized suites to Ningbo, along with a 55th-floor Sense spa and a rooftop indoor pool positioned among the property's headline amenities.

Unlike several of Rosewood's other China developments, Ningbo does not currently have a firmly confirmed opening date. An earlier target had pointed toward 2024, but that timeline has since passed without an opening, and Rosewood's own materials now describe the project simply as a future opening rather than committing to a new specific year.

For a city with a history stretching back thousands of years as a port and trading center, a Rosewood address positioned across the upper floors of one of its newest landmark towers would give Ningbo a genuinely significant new luxury hospitality anchor, once a firmer opening timeline is confirmed.
