The Hotel
Stretched across a chain of private islands around a pristine lagoon in South Malé Atoll — 35 minutes by yacht from Malé or 10 minutes by seaplane — the Ranfaru property will bring 120 one-to-five-bedroom villas with private pools, each either beachfront or overwater. Opening in 2027, it represents the most ambitious Maldives entry in the Rosewood portfolio.
