Overview
The Hotel
Four historic canalside houses on the Prinsengracht — the UNESCO World Heritage Canal District at its most photogenic — brought together into a hotel that feels more like a particularly well-appointed Dutch private residence than anywhere that runs a front desk. The Eeuwen restaurant's seasonal Dutch menu is the most coherent expression of the country's produce anywhere in the city.
