Overview
The Hotel
Oetker Collection's first property in the United States, The Vineta Hotel opened in March 2026 in a meticulously restored historic building on Cocoanut Row — two blocks from Worth Avenue and at the center of Palm Beach's legendary social geography. Designer Tino Zervudachi led the renovation, which deliberately reduced the room count from 57 to 41 to allow for more generous suites and a more intimate guest experience, with interiors that channel the luminous, sun-soaked spirit of Palm Beach's island lifestyle through a European editorial lens. The culinary program centers on Coco's, a Mediterranean courtyard restaurant anchored by Chef Broda and Pastry Chef Tarek — the talents behind celebrated dining at Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc — alongside an American Bar with only a handful of seats that already has the makings of a local institution. As Oetker's American debut, The Vineta brings the collection's 150 years of European palace-hotel expertise to the world's most exclusive barrier island.
