The Vineta Hotel Opens as Oetker Collection's First U.S. Property in Palm Beach

The Vineta Hotel opened on March 2, 2026, marking Oetker Collection's first property under management in the United States and giving the group behind Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc and Le Bristol Paris its long-awaited American debut. The hotel occupies a historic 1926 building on Cocoanut Row, two blocks from Worth Avenue, in a stretch of Palm Beach that has always defined the town's social geography more than any other single address.

Designer Tino Zervudachi led the renovation, deliberately trimming the room count from 57 down to 41 to make room for genuinely larger suites and more generous public spaces, a choice that trades occupancy for intimacy in a way that mirrors how Oetker Collection has approached its European properties for decades. The culinary program centers on Coco's, a Mediterranean courtyard restaurant led by Chef Broda and Pastry Chef Tarek, both previously behind celebrated dining at Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc, giving the Palm Beach opening an immediate connection to the group's most storied kitchen.

The opening had been delayed more than once, originally slated for late 2024 before shifting to 2025 and finally landing in early 2026, and it arrived alongside the broader rebranding of the company to Oetker Hotels, announced in July 2025 as part of a push to strengthen recognition beyond its traditional European and Caribbean base. For Palm Beach, long dominated by a handful of legacy addresses, The Vineta gives the market its first taste of European palace-hotel hospitality applied at a genuinely intimate scale.
