L'Apogée Courchevel reopened for the 2025-26 winter season on December 16 with a genuinely fresh look and a new kitchen leader. Executive Chef Romain Antoine, bringing expertise honed on the Côte d'Azur, took over the restaurants just as the hotel unveiled a reimagined living space designed by Kelly Wearstler, giving the property's public areas an entirely different personality heading into the new season.

Antoine's arrival brought two distinct dining concepts with it. L'Apogée Club now serves refined French and international cooking from breakfast straight through après-ski, while evenings shift to Beefbar Courchevel, offering signature dishes and mountain-inspired creations alongside live music. It's a genuinely different structure from the hotel's previous dining program, built more around the rhythm of a full ski day than a single formal dinner service.

Géraud Tournier was appointed General Manager of both L'Apogée Courchevel and sister property Château Saint-Martin & Spa, timed to take effect as the Courchevel hotel reopened for the season. Having one GM oversee both properties reflects how closely Oetker Collection now moves talent, including chefs, between its French addresses depending on the season.
