The Hotel
Built in 1835 as a gift from a French general to his Indian princess, Pan Deï Palais occupies a discreet ochre townhouse in Saint-Tropez's old village — its twelve rooms are lined with Indian carpets, dark wood paneling, and 19th-century objets d'art, making it the most singular address in a town that prizes singularity above almost everything.
