Airelles Palladio, Venice Opens as the Brand's First Hotel Outside France

Airelles Palladio, Venice opened on April 1, 2026, marking the brand's first hotel outside France and its debut in Italy. Set within the former Bauer Palladio complex on Giudecca Island, a five-minute boat ride from Piazza San Marco, the 45-room property spans three restored buildings alongside a 16th-century church and gardens, with views across the water to St. Mark's Basilica and the Doge's Palace.

The hotel houses the largest spa and wellness centre in Venice, spread across 1,700 square meters with three pools, alongside three haute cuisine restaurants, a Cicchetti bar dedicated to Venice's classic snack-sized bites, and additional bars throughout the property. Architect Christophe Tollemer, behind Airelles' French properties, designed the interiors.
