Inside Airelles Pan Deï Palais, Saint-Tropez's Most Storied Small Hotel

Airelles Pan Deï Palais occupies a 19th-century residence built in 1835, gifted by General Jean-François Allard to Bannu Pan Deï, an Indian princess, and named in her honor. The 12-room hotel carries that history through its interiors, with Indian carpets, dark wood paneling, and oriental-inspired furnishings throughout, just steps from Saint-Tropez's Place des Lices and a short walk from the port.

Guests dine at Les Délices du Pan Deï, the hotel's restaurant set around a mosaic-tiled swimming pool, and can reach the resort's private beach, Jardin Tropézina, via a complimentary shuttle. The property remains open through much of the year, including into 2026 and 2027.
