The Hotel
Airelles' first Italian property occupies a 16th-century building on the Giudecca island, surrounded by nearly one hectare of private gardens — a genuinely rare thing in Venice. Interiors by Christophe Tollemer weave Rubelli and Fortuny textiles around hand-painted frescoes, and four celebrated chefs are making their Venetian debuts here with a dining programme that reads as a serious culinary statement.
