Château d'Estoublon: An Olive Estate at the Heart of the Airelles Provence Collection

Château d'Estoublon has been part of the Airelles collection since 2019, set within an active olive oil and wine estate in Les Baux-de-Provence. The 10 rooms and suites are each individually decorated with a refined, natural palette, and the estate's own olive oil and produce run directly through the kitchen at La Table d'Estoublon.

The estate publishes a running calendar of seasonal recipes and releases tied to its own harvest, from Candlemas olive oil pancakes to Christmas pompe à huile, giving the property a rhythm distinct from Airelles' larger palace hotels elsewhere in Provence and the Riviera.
