Les Airelles, Courchevel has partnered with French pastry chef Cédric Grolet for his first-ever alpine residency, giving him oversight of the property's viennoiseries, pastries, and the dessert table at La Table des Airelles. The hotel's other kitchens remain under Executive Chef Adrien Trouilloud, who returned to his native Savoie in 2023 after earning a Michelin star at Restaurant Rech and opening the acclaimed Paris restaurant PINSON.
The season also brings a new Matsuhisa outpost to the property, Nobu Matsuhisa's Peruvian-inflected Japanese concept, joining the hotel's existing restaurant lineup. The Winter Gala on January 6, 2026 opens the property's calendar of seasonal events in the Jardin Alpin.
