Le 1947 à Cheval Blanc Courchevel holds three stars in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide France while seating a maximum of 22 diners across five tables each evening, making it one of the smallest rooms in the world holding conventional three-star status. Chef Yannick Alléno, who also oversees the property's Le Grill Alpin, built the restaurant's name around the most prestigious vintage of Château Cheval Blanc, and leans on Savoie's regional ingredients throughout the menu.

The restaurant only operates in winter, alongside the rest of Cheval Blanc Courchevel's ski-in, ski-out season. Reservations are notoriously difficult to secure even for hotel guests, and are generally worth booking well ahead of a stay.
