Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris reconfirmed its six Michelin stars across three restaurants in the 2026 Michelin Guide France, an achievement no other hotel in Europe or the Middle East can match. The flagship, Le Cinq, held its three stars for a tenth consecutive year, a run that places it among the most consistently decorated dining rooms in the city.
The other two restaurants round out an unusually complete constellation under one roof. L'Orangerie holds two stars, while Le George carries one star alongside a Michelin Green Star, awarded to Chef Simone Zanoni for the Mediterranean, sustainability-minded cooking that has become the restaurant's signature. Few hotels anywhere sustain three separately starred kitchens, let alone in a single Parisian address just off the Champs-Élysées.
For a hotel whose soaring floral installations and Grand Siècle interiors are famous in their own right, the culinary recognition is what keeps it at the very top of the conversation. Holding six stars is not a milestone the George V reached once; it is a standard it defends every year.
