La Terrazza at Hotel Eden earned a Michelin star in the guide's most recent edition, a fast turnaround for a restaurant whose current identity is only about eighteen months old. Executive Chef Salvatore Bianco, who came to the hotel from Campania, has spent that time building a menu that reads as distinctly his own rather than a continuation of whatever came before him, and the star reflects how quickly that vision took hold on the hotel's top floor.

The setting does a lot of work on its own. La Terrazza sits above the rest of the hotel with an uninterrupted view over the rooftops of Rome, the kind of table where the food has to genuinely compete with the scenery rather than simply benefit from it. Bianco's cooking has managed that balance, which is part of why the recognition arrived as fast as it did.

The hotel has since built on that momentum with a new Taste Society series, pairing a different guest chef with Bianco each month to develop an exclusive collaborative menu, alongside a festive season program running from December 8, 2025 through January 6, 2026. It is the kind of steady, month over month programming that keeps a hotel restaurant relevant well past its opening buzz.
