Belmond Hotel Caruso introduced two new dining venues for the 2026 season on the Amalfi Coast. Pantaleone pays tribute to a prominent figure in Ravello's hospitality history, while Bar Adagio leans into the town's identity as a City of Music, a reference that carries real weight in a place that has hosted a major classical music festival for decades. Together they give the hotel a noticeably wider dining range than its previous, more concentrated program.

The rest of the kitchen remains in strong hands. Chef Armando Aristarco curates Belvedere, presenting a modern take on Campania cuisine that draws on the region's produce and coastal seafood, while the restaurant simply called Caruso serves traditional Neapolitan pizza for guests who want something more casual after a day on the coast.

Hotel Caruso is also one of four Italian properties in Belmond's new Villeggiatura by Train program for 2026, joining Villa San Michele, Splendido, and Hotel Cipriani in pairing a night on the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express with a hotel stay. Perched on a clifftop above the Gulf of Salerno, Caruso remains one of the more dramatically situated hotels on the entire Amalfi Coast, and the new restaurants give returning guests a genuine reason to book again.
