Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi was awarded Three Michelin Keys for a second consecutive year in October 2025, making it one of only a handful of properties in Japan, and roughly 143 worldwide, to hold the guide's highest hotel distinction. For a comparatively young hotel set high in a tower in Tokyo's business district, the repeat recognition is a strong marker of consistency.

Dining is led by est, the French restaurant helmed by Chef Guillaume Bracaval with Pastry Chef Michele Abbatemarco, which scored 94.50 out of 100 in La Liste 2026. The restaurant also hosted two-Michelin-starred guest chef Kristian Baumann of Koan in Copenhagen for a three-night takeover in late October 2025, underscoring its place among the city's serious fine-dining rooms.

With skyline views over the Imperial Palace gardens and direct access to Tokyo Station, the hotel combines a prime location with a genuinely destination-level restaurant. The three keys confirm the whole property lives up to the reputation of its kitchen.
