Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou Centre's Song Restaurant Retains Its Michelin Star

Song, the Chinese restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou Centre, was awarded one Michelin star in the 2026 Michelin Guide Shanghai-Jiangsu-Zhejiang, a second consecutive year of recognition. The restaurant has kept its offering current with seasonal menus, including a Passages of Spring menu running from March through mid-May 2026.

The hotel is a distinct, newer property from its West Lake sister, having opened in 2024 with 214 rooms and suites and five restaurants and lounges, designed by AB Concept and Kokai Studio. That contemporary design gives it a different character from the Song Dynasty-inspired villas of the lakeside hotel, positioning it as a modern urban address in the city.

With two Four Seasons hotels now in Hangzhou, the brand offers travelers a choice between heritage-inspired and contemporary stays. Song's Michelin star gives the newer property immediate culinary credibility.
