Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou's Yu Yue Heen Holds Its Michelin Star for an Eighth Year

Yu Yue Heen at Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou retained its Michelin star for an eighth consecutive year in the Michelin Guide Guangzhou 2025, announced in February 2026, a run of consistency that few restaurants in the city can match. Its sister venue, Catch, was named Michelin-selected for the third time, giving the hotel two forms of recognition.

The hotel is in the midst of a renovation touching its guest rooms, sky lobby, atrium, and Yu Yue Heen itself, with design inspired by Lingnan heritage and led by Wimberly Interiors, with further unveilings continuing through 2026. Occupying the upper floors of one of Guangzhou's tallest towers in the Zhujiang New Town district, the hotel has long been among the city's premier addresses.

Guangzhou is regarded as one of the great capitals of Cantonese cuisine, and Yu Yue Heen's sustained star places it at the top of that tradition. The renovation ensures the hotel's setting keeps pace with its kitchen.
