Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla reopened its signature restaurant Salt in November 2025 after a full redesign by the studio Farouki Farouki, transforming it into a 105-seat, 4,500-square-foot space led by Executive Chef Manu Calderon. The reopening headlined a broader refresh that also brought a renovated Aleta Pool Deck, expanded event space, and an updated lobby and front drive.

The resort earned fifth-star recognition in Forbes Travel Guide's 2026 Star Awards, its fourth consecutive year at the top tier, and hosted James Beard Award winner Nancy Silverton as a returning chef-in-residence. That combination of a redesigned flagship restaurant and sustained Forbes recognition keeps the property among the Caribbean's most serious dining destinations.

Spread across two beaches on Anguilla's northwest coast, the resort pairs some of the island's best sand with a culinary program that draws visitors from beyond its own guest list. The redesigned Salt gives it a renewed centerpiece.
