Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico opened on November 20, 2025, bringing the brand to the island in the Bahía Beach nature reserve community on the northeastern shore, roughly 30 minutes from San Juan. Rather than new construction, the resort is a comprehensive rebrand and renovation of the former St. Regis Bahia Beach, reintroducing the property under the Four Seasons name.

The resort opens with 139 guest rooms and suites plus 85 private residences, ten dining venues including the beachfront Sand Dollar, a Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed golf course, a spa, and rainforest walks bordering El Yunque. Set between the ocean and the reserve, it pairs a genuine nature setting with full resort infrastructure.
