Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North named Gregory James Executive Chef in February 2026, tasking him with reimagining the resort's food and beverage program around Sonoran Desert ingredients. Tucked among the boulders of the high desert near Pinnacle Peak, the resort has a strong sense of place, and the new culinary direction leans into the landscape that surrounds it.

The resort also opened Desert Orchard in December 2025, a wellness café serving cold-pressed juices, wellness elixirs, and pastries from Executive Pastry Chef Christina Kaelberer, while its signature restaurant Proof entered what the resort described as a new era in June 2026. Jerome Arribas was named General Manager in January 2026, rounding out a period of fresh leadership.

Set apart from the bustle of central Scottsdale, the resort offers a quieter, more scenic desert base with hiking and golf at its doorstep. The new chef and wellness café signal a property refreshing its appeal for the seasons ahead.
