Grant Achatz's M by The Alinea Group Returns to Montage Big Sky

M by The Alinea Group, a four-month culinary residency helmed by Michelin-starred chef Grant Achatz, returns to Big Sky's Village Center from December 19 through March 31, within easy reach of Montage Big Sky. The concept pairs European technique with Montana's alpine setting, offering both a seasonal tasting menu and an à la carte option through the winter months.

The residency sits alongside a growing calendar of culinary programming in the valley, including the inaugural Big Sky Food & Wine Festival set for September 2026, which is expected to draw more than 40 Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-winning chefs to Lone Mountain.
