Studio Mediterranean Reopens at Montage Laguna Beach

Montage Laguna Beach's longtime fine dining restaurant, formerly known simply as Studio, reopened in October 2025 as Studio Mediterranean under the direction of Greek chef Dennis Efthymiou, whose background spans a number of Michelin-starred kitchens abroad. The refreshed concept pairs the restaurant's clifftop Pacific views with fish flown in daily from Greece, Italy, and Spain, alongside a broader menu built around the Mediterranean coastline.

The reopening lands during a strong run for the resort, which has picked up World's Leading Residential Resort and North America's Leading Beach Hotel honors at the 2025 World Travel Awards, along with a MICHELIN Guide Two Keys distinction. Sunset tables remain the ones to request, with the dining room angled directly toward the horizon.
