Florie's at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach continues its partnership with three-Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco, the Argentine-Italian chef behind Mirazur in Menton, France, which was ranked the best restaurant in the world in 2019. Florie's is Colagreco's first restaurant and bar partnership in the United States, giving the oceanfront resort a rare direct link to one of global fine dining's most celebrated names.

In April 2025, Colagreco returned to Florie's for a special weekend built around a Riviera tasting menu and a seaside asado, and in May 2026 the resort hosted a Mitron Bakery pop-up under his direction. Those recurring appearances keep the partnership active rather than nominal, drawing diners to the resort for the chef himself.
