Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas introduced The Tasting Table on August 30, 2025, a chef-curated quarterly dinner that samples dishes from across the resort's dozen-plus restaurants in a single sitting. The concept came from new Executive Chef Paolo Della Corte, whose background spans several Michelin-starred European kitchens, and it doubles as a showcase for just how deep the resort's culinary bench runs.

That bench is unusually stacked for a single property. Resident chefs include Michelin-starred Ludo Lefebvre at the Delphine Day Club, Costas Spiliadis of Estiatorio Milos, and James Beard Award winner Nancy Silverton at Mozza Baja, giving guests access to marquee names without leaving the East Cape resort. Zest, billed as the smallest restaurant in Los Cabos, seats a single table for a nine-course experience.

Set on the calm, swimmable Sea of Cortez shoreline near La Ribera, the resort has positioned dining as a central reason to book rather than an afterthought. The Tasting Table gives that ambition a recurring stage and a reason for guests to return across seasons.
