Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole's Steadfire Modern Chophouse Debuts to Forbes Five-Star Acclaim

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole opened Steadfire Modern Chophouse in July 2025, a flame-cooked restaurant rooted in American West culinary tradition. Executive Chef Michael Goralski leads the kitchen, working alongside Sommelier Anthony Puccia and Executive Pastry Chef Rhonda Ashton, and the restaurant has since added Sunday brunch to its regular service.

The resort backed up the new restaurant with continued recognition, earning Five-Star status in Forbes Travel Guide's 2025 ratings. Amir Nematipour was appointed Resort Manager in 2025, taking the helm as the property's dining program continued to expand.

The resort's real estate changed hands in February 2026, sold as part of a combined $1.1 billion deal alongside Four Seasons Orlando to an affiliate of merchant bank BDT & MSD Partners. That transaction affects ownership only; Four Seasons continues to manage and brand the property, and Steadfire's momentum has carried through the transition without interruption.
