Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong retained a remarkable eight total Michelin stars across its restaurants, a concentration of fine dining under one roof that few hotels anywhere can rival. In the March 2026 guide, the French flagship Caprice held its three Michelin stars for an eighth consecutive year under Executive Chef Guillaume Galliot, cementing its place among the city's most celebrated dining rooms.

The rest of the lineup is nearly as decorated. Lung King Heen, long regarded as a pioneer of starred Cantonese cuisine, holds two stars under Executive Chinese Chef Chan Yan Tak, and NOI carries two stars under Chef Paulo Airaudo. Caprice's sommelier, Floriane Hureau, added to the year's recognition by winning the 2026 Michelin Sommelier Award.

Rising above the harbor in Central with sweeping views across to Kowloon, the hotel has made its restaurants a defining part of its identity. Eight stars is not an occasional achievement here; it is the standard the property maintains year after year.
