Four Seasons Hotel Fort Lauderdale's MAASS Earns a Michelin Star

MAASS at Four Seasons Hotel Fort Lauderdale earned a full Michelin star, while its sister restaurant Evelyn's, led by Executive Chef Brandon Salomon, formerly of Four Seasons Palm Beach's Florie's, landed on the Michelin Recommended list in April 2025. Two forms of Michelin recognition within one beachfront hotel is a strong statement in a market often defined more by scene than by serious cooking.

Evelyn's built on that momentum with a year-long visiting-chef dinner series beginning in March 2026, with confirmed guests including Chef Orianne Shapira of Shmoné and Chef Bernardo Paladini of Torno Subito by Massimo Bottura. The hotel also ran ViceVersa, a Miami aperitivo-bar residency from bartender Valentino Longo, who ranked among North America's 50 Best Bars in 2025.

Set directly on the sand along Fort Lauderdale beach, the hotel has used food and beverage to differentiate itself from the moment it opened. MAASS's star gives it a genuine culinary anchor to match its oceanfront setting.
