Executive Chef Axel Torres of Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta earned the Certified Executive Chef designation from the American Culinary Federation in 2026, a credential held by only a small percentage of chefs in the United States. The certification reflects a rigorous standard of both culinary skill and kitchen management, and it gives the hotel's dining program a formally recognized leader.
The kitchen also strengthened its team with Christophe Truchet joining as Chef de Cuisine of Brasserie Margot and Bar Margot, the hotel's French brasserie concept. Together the two appointments deepen the culinary bench at a property that has long been one of Midtown Atlanta's leading hotels.
Housed in a landmark tower near the High Museum and the city's arts district, the hotel pairs a central cultural location with a restaurant program built for both hotel guests and locals. Torres's certification is a marker of the standard the kitchen holds itself to.
