The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel, is preparing to open in late 2026, timed ahead of the Swiss Alpine ski season, under a management agreement for the storied property. Owned by philanthropist and investor Dona Bertarelli, the hotel is undergoing a full refurbishment led by Squircle Capital, with interior design by the acclaimed Joseph Dirand.

The reborn hotel is set to offer 75 rooms and suites plus penthouse residences, along with seven restaurants and lounges including a live-fire grill and a Japanese omakase, several of them overseen by Chef Fabrizio Crespi. Reto Moser has been appointed General Manager ahead of the opening, signaling that the property is moving into its final pre-launch phase.

Gstaad has long been one of the most exclusive addresses in the Alps, and the arrival of a Four Seasons adds a major name to its hotel scene. For now the opening is best treated as anticipated, with the timeline pointing to the coming ski season.
