Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay is the collection's turn toward the sea, a Mediterranean beach resort on the sands near M'Diq and Cabo Negro on northern Morocco's Riviera coastline. It is the most relaxed of the three Royal Mansour properties, built around a private beach, gardens, and unbroken views of the water.
What sets it apart is the concentration of Michelin talent along a single stretch of sand. Le Méditerranée reimagines paellas and Spanish seafood under three-Michelin-star chef Quique Dacosta, who also oversees the Nikkei cooking at Pool Beach. Coccinella brings the Italian cuisine of three-Michelin-star chef Massimiliano Alajmo from breakfast to dinner, La Table travels across Asia in a menu inspired by chef Éric Fréchon, and the Alboran Club serves as the resort's signature bar from morning until late.
With a full spa, a private beach, and that lineup of kitchens, the resort makes a strong case for northern Morocco as a coastal destination in its own right.
