Four Seasons Resort and Residences Porto Heli is a redevelopment of more than €250 million, transforming the former AKS Hinitsa Bay hotel on a 185-acre estate with 3.25 kilometers of coastline in the Peloponnese. Led by Irish businessman Paul Coulson's Hinitsa Bay Holding, the project has stripped the old structure and is progressing through construction, with an anticipated 2027 opening.
Plans call for 80 rooms and suites, 30 bungalows, branded residences, and a 1,300-square-meter spa. Once complete, it would become Greece's third Four Seasons, joining the Astir Palace in Athens and the recently opened hotel in Mykonos, extending the brand's presence into the mainland's coastal south.
Porto Heli has become a discreet retreat for Athenian and international travelers seeking the Peloponnese coast, and a Four Seasons would raise its profile considerably. It is a significant addition to the brand's growing Greek footprint.
