Amanjena Reopens in Its 25th Year After a Marrakech Renovation

Amanjena reopened in October 2025 after a renovation that coincided with its 25th year, beginning a new chapter for one of Marrakech's most iconic resorts. The refurbishment focused on elevating comfort while evolving the property's heritage-led design, with all guest rooms renovated, a new fitness center added, and a reimagined dining experience introduced.

A notable addition is a new accommodation category, the Pool Pavilion South, offering 220 square metres of indoor and outdoor living on the sunlit southern side of the property. Each overlooks the Amelkis golf course and features a private heated pool within a secluded garden, adding a higher tier to the resort's collection of free-standing pavilions and villas.

Set among palm groves outside Marrakech, with its ochre pavilions arranged around a central basin, Amanjena blends Moroccan tradition with modern-luxe sophistication. The renovation ensures it enters its second quarter-century as sharp as ever.
