The St. Regis Toronto opened on December 1, 2023, marking the brand's Canadian debut through a year-long conversion of the former Trump International Hotel & Tower. LOUIX LOUIS Grand Bar & Restaurant, on the 31st floor, anchors the hotel's dining program under Executive Chef Guillaume Robin, serving contemporary American cuisine built with French technique.
