The St. Regis Istanbul Earns a Michelin Key as Wolfgang Puck's Spago Enters Its Fourth Year

The St. Regis Istanbul, set in Nişantaşı inside a building designed by architect Emre Arolat, earned One Michelin Key in the Michelin Guide Hotels 2025, a distinction that evaluates design, service, and sense of place rather than dining alone. For a hotel in a city with as dense a luxury hospitality scene as Istanbul's, standing out within that specific framework carries real weight.

The hotel's rooftop restaurant, Spago Istanbul, by chef Wolfgang Puck, has been recognized by the Michelin Guide for three consecutive years and praised by Gault & Millau, giving the hotel sustained dining credibility to match its new Key. St. Regis Brasserie, the hotel's other signature restaurant, also holds a Michelin Guide 2024 listing, giving the property two separately recognized dining venues.

The hotel rounded out its recognition with a mention in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards 2025, a combination of design, dining, and reader-driven accolades that few Istanbul hotels can match across all three categories simultaneously.
