Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum Hosts Paris's Gigi Rigolatto for a Sold-Out Summer

Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum has quietly become one of the Aegean coast's more talked-about summer destinations, and June 2025 gave it a genuine headline. Gigi Rigolatto, the Parisian restaurant and lifestyle concept from the Gigi and Paris Society group, opened an exclusive summer pop-up at the resort, a 140-seat terrace overlooking the Aegean built around its signature Bellini Bar, alongside a curated boutique for swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.

The pop-up moved fast from novelty to necessity, reportedly building a two-week waitlist within its opening weeks, a genuinely rare result for a seasonal restaurant on a resort property. That momentum has already translated into a longer-term commitment: a permanent Gigi location is planned at the resort for summer 2026, turning what began as a limited-run experiment into a fixture of the property's dining calendar.

Gigi isn't the resort's only seasonal draw. Ferdi, the seafood concept from the Ferdi Baba flagship in nearby Alaçatı, also runs a seasonal outpost at Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum under Executive Chef Şenay Uzunget. Between the two, the resort has built a summer dining program that pulls directly from Turkey's most respected restaurant names rather than relying on a generic hotel kitchen.
