Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino Brings Three Michelin-Starred Chefs to Its 2026 Season

Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino opened in August 2023 as the brand's first hotel in Greece, and its 2026 season, beginning March 31, brought one of the more ambitious guest-chef lineups in the resort's short history. The Private Kitchen, the resort's signature restaurant, is hosting three three-Michelin-starred chefs across the season: Frédéric Anton of Le Pré Catelan, Julien Royer of Odette in Singapore, and Arnaud Lallement of L'Assiette Champenoise.

The resort's Greek restaurant, Oliviera, runs its own parallel lineup for the season, featuring chefs Lefteris Lazarou and Sotiris Evangelou, while chef Bertrand Valegeas continues to oversee the resort's overall culinary direction across every venue. Rotating three-Michelin-starred talent through a single restaurant for one season is a genuinely significant commitment, the kind more commonly seen at long-established European grand hotels than a resort not yet three years old.

The 2025 season also brought new accommodations, a five-bedroom Royal Villa and a three-bedroom villa, adding to a property that has moved quickly to establish itself among Greece's top luxury addresses. Between the villa additions and a guest-chef program built around three of the culinary world's most decorated names, Costa Navarino's 2026 season gives Mandarin Oriental's youngest European hotel a case for being one of its most ambitious.
