Four Seasons Hotel Tunis reinvented its top-floor restaurant, The CREEK Bistro Chic, under Chef de Cuisine Roberto D'Adduzio, who brought a new focus on Italian cuisine and an Immersive Dinner concept to the seafront venue. Serving Italian and French Riviera fare overlooking the Mediterranean, The CREEK has become the culinary centerpiece of the Gammarth resort.

The hotel is recognized as a Michelin Key property and has kept its calendar active with a Mediterranean Journey series of themed dinners, spanning a taste of Sicily and a Lebanese chapter, alongside Churrasco Nights at its Azur restaurant.
