Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai appointed Aditya Kulkarni as Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations. A gold medallist of the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development, Kulkarni brings 15 years of experience across the Oberoi Mumbai, Rajvilas, Sahl Hasheesh in Egypt, and most recently The Bay Club, giving the hotel a chef with a strong Indian luxury pedigree.
The hotel's food and beverage program has been earning recognition, with its rooftop bar AER winning a 2025 Tatler Best Bars Award and being named among the Great Bars of the World, while the restaurant Opus received an Award of Excellence at the Wine Spectator Restaurant Awards 2026. Guest rooms also underwent a textile-inspired renovation, and the pan-Asian San:Qi is being revamped alongside plans for a new premium Japanese restaurant.
In the Worli district with views over the Arabian Sea, the hotel is best known for AER, one of Mumbai's original rooftop destinations. Kulkarni's arrival aims to bring the food up to the level of the view.
