The St. Regis Goa Resort Unveils a Renovated Presidential Villa Overlooking the Arabian Sea

The St. Regis Goa Resort completed a renovation of its Presidential Villa, unveiled in 2026, a three-bedroom sanctuary spanning more than 670 square meters on the edge of the resort's golf course, overlooking the Arabian Sea. The villa now includes a private gym and an in-villa spa suite, giving the resort's top accommodation category amenities that rival a standalone private residence.

The renovation extended beyond the Presidential Villa. Newly renovated St. Regis Suites became bookable starting November 1, 2025, each with two private balconies overlooking a lagoon, while Conservatory Premier Rooms were also refreshed as part of the same phased program.

Renovating room categories in stages, rather than closing the resort for a single comprehensive overhaul, has let The St. Regis Goa Resort continue welcoming guests throughout the process while steadily upgrading its accommodation lineup from the top down.
